چکیده
این پژوهش در حوزﮤ ترجمه‌پژوهی انجام شده و به بررسی چالش‌های زبانی، فرهنگی و اصطلاحی در ترجمۀ فرانسوی به فارسیِ کتاب درآمدی بر زبان‌شناسی اجتماعی نوشتۀ هانری بوآیه می‌پردازد. مسئلۀ اصلی پژوهش این است که تا چه اندازه می‌توان با بهره‌گیری از روش‌ها و تکنیک‌های پیشنهادی وینه و داربلنه، دشواری‌های خاصِ ترجمۀ یک متن تخصصی در زبان‌شناسی اجتماعی را تحلیل و تبیین کرد که همزمان زبان علمی و ارجاعات اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی دارد. برای پاسخ به این مسئله، چارچوب نظری پژوهش بر پایۀ هفت شیوﮤ ترجمۀ وینه و داربلنه استوار شده و تحلیل بر مجموعه‌ای از نمونه‌های منتخب از متن صورت گرفته است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها به ترجمۀ اصطلاحات تخصصی، نوواژه‌ها، تمایزهای مفهومی ظریف و تفاوت‌های زبانی مربوط می‌شوند. هم‌چنین نتایج بیانگر آن است که برای حفظ دقت علمی و خوانایی متن در زبان مقصد، تعدیل‌های واژگانی و نحوی و توضیحی ضروری هستند. در نهایت، این پژوهش بر نقش مترجم به‌عنوان میانجی زبانی و فرهنگی در ترجمۀ متون زبان‌شناسی اجتماعی تأکید می‌کند.

Study of the challenges of sociolinguistic translation from French into Persian, based on the methods of Vinay and Darbelnet

چکیده English

This research investigates the linguistic, cultural, and terminological complexities inherent in the translation of Henri Boyer’s Introduction to Sociolinguistics from French into Persian. Employing Vinay and Darbelnet’s typology of seven translation procedures, the study scrutinizes specific instances of translational difficulty and the corresponding strategies adopted to address them. The results indicate that adaptation was most frequently necessitated in relation to lexical selections, syntactic configurations, shifts in register, and subtle conceptual distinctions. Special emphasis was placed on the translation of technical and occasionally neologistic terminology, with a focus on maintaining both clarity and scientific rigor.
