Résumé

La présente étude vise à analyser la volonté de communiquer des apprenants de FLE en classe virtuelle en contexte institutionnel iranien. L’objectif est d’examiner comment les facteurs situationnels, psychologiques et physiologiques influencent la volonté de communiquer des apprenants dans les situations de communication et interaction en classes virtuelles. Pour ce faire, nous avons utilisé un questionnaire, destiné aux apprenants de FLE, concernant leur volonté de communiquer, ainsi que des entretiens semi-directifs menés auprès de quinze enseignants de FLE sur les stratégies mises en place pour augmenter la volonté de communiquer des apprenants. D’après les résultats, les facteurs transitoires physiologiques et situationnels, ainsi que les problèmes techniques liés aux dispositifs de cours virtuels, comme les problèmes de connexion, ont plus d’influence sur la volonté de communiquer des apprenants. De plus, l’analyse des facteurs influençant la volonté de communiquer des apprenants a montré que cette volonté n’est pas un désir fixe, mais une disposition momentanée et dynamique qui s’adapte et s’ajuste continuellement aux caractéristiques de la situation de communication.

این جستار به بررسی تمایل به برقراری ارتباط زبان آموزان ایرانی زبان فرانسه در کلاس‌های مجازی در بافت موسسات زبان می‌پردازد. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر عوامل محیطی، روانشناختی و فیزیولوژیکی بر تمایل به برقراری ارتباط زبان آموزان در کلاس‌های مجازی در موقعیت‌های ارتباطی و تعاملی گوناگون می باشد. داده های این پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه‌ای پیرامون عوامل موثر بر تمایل به برقراری ارتباط از منظر زبان آموزان زبان فرانسه، و نیز مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته با پانزده مربی زبان فرانسه در مورد رویکردهای مناسب جهت افزایش تمایل به برقراری ارتباط زبان آموزان، جمع آوری شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که عوامل موقتی فیزیولوژیکی و محیطی، و نیز مشکلات فنی مرتبط با تجهیزات کلاس‌های مجازی از قبیل مشکلات اتصال به اینترنت، بیشترین تاثیر را بر تمایل به برقراری ارتباط زبان آموزان دارند. همچنین، بررسی مولفه های گوناگون موثر بر تمایل به برقراری ارتباط بیانگر آن بود که این تمایل، میلی ثابت نیست بلکه حالتی موقت و پویا است که به صورت مداوم با ویژگی‌های موقعیت ارتباطی خود را سازگار و تنظیم می‌نماید.
